A short application — name, business, location, monthly revenue range, and a few sentences about your practice. We review every one personally. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you. If we are, we'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a private discovery call.

Discovery Call

Forty-five minutes · by Zoom

A real conversation, not a sales pitch. We walk through your practice — the leaks at each stage, the tier that matches what you actually need, and a clear ROI estimate. You leave with a recommendation in writing, regardless of whether you sign with us.

Sign & Pay

One contract · one payment link

A clean contract with the performance exit clause written in. Setup fee paid once, by card or ACH. The monthly subscription only begins the day your system goes live — never on signing date. Fairness, in writing.

Intake

Sixty minutes · then thirty minutes of white-glove handoff

A single Zoom where we learn everything we need to build for your specific brand — voice, services, photography, ideal customer. After the call, we run a short screen-share where we click every technical button for you. You upload nothing alone. You configure nothing alone.

Build & Go-Live

Roughly two weeks · then it runs

We build every system end-to-end — website, AI receptionist, content engine, CRM automations, reporting dashboard. You review and approve. We push live. From the moment your system is live, it runs around the clock — and the monthly value report begins arriving thirty days later.

After Go-Live

The relationship doesn't end. It begins.

Most agencies vanish the day after launch. Ours is the opposite. The build is the prelude — the real work is the long, quiet maintenance of every system we put in place. You get a single point of contact who knows your name, your practice, and your numbers. You get a monthly report with the math. You get a partner who notices things in your data before you do.

If you ever want to leave, you give thirty days' notice. We export your contacts, transfer your accounts, and disengage cleanly. Premium service comes with the right to walk away.
