Sign + Scorecard

One agreement · numbers in ink

One agreement, signed on the call — setup paid once by card or bank transfer, monthly beginning only the day your system goes live, never on signing. Then, in week one, we measure your real baseline and both of us sign the scorecard: the exact numbers we have to hit by day ninety. Nothing gets built before those numbers are in ink.

You approve, we turn it on — that's Day 0, for your monthly fee and for the guarantee clock alike. From that moment your scorecard runs live on your dashboard, every number visible, every day. Your first monthly report arrives thirty days later, written in dollars: what the systems made you, traced to the message that caused it.

After Go-Live

The relationship doesn't end. It begins.

At day ninety, we sit down with the scorecard — every number from logged data, nothing asserted. If we hit every floor, you continue month-to-month. If we missed even one, you get every dollar back — the setup fee and the monthlies — and we take the systems down. That's in the contract, in ink, before we build anything. Nobody else will put that in writing. We had to build differently to be able to.

Most agencies vanish the day after launch. Ours is the opposite. The build is the prelude — the real work is the long, quiet maintenance of every system we put in place. You get a single point of contact who knows your name, your business, and your numbers. You get a monthly report with the math. You get a partner who notices things in your data before you do.

If you ever want to leave, you give thirty days' notice after launch. Your business assets leave with you: your domain, website, approved content, patient/contact exports, reporting history, and accounts owned by your business. The proprietary AI systems, automations, prompts, workflows, dashboards, templates, and operating infrastructure remain DoLess/GetMore property.
