This Privacy Policy explains how Do Less Get More LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit dolessgetmore.ai, request a diagnostic, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the text-message consent box on one of our website forms (our Free Diagnostic and Work With Us forms), or opt in another way, you consent to receive text messages from Do Less Get More LLC related to your inquiry, your diagnostic, and our services and offers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.
We run a private tool, McGee Scheduler, that uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to YouTube channels we own. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use dolessgetmore.ai: which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site (for example a search engine or a social post), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. It does not receive what you type into our forms; when a form is sent, we record only that it was sent and which form it was. If your browser blocks Google Analytics, our server may record that same fact with Google directly.
Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. The Pixel uses cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address, and your browser. When you send one of our forms, our server tells Meta that a form was sent and which one, along with a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you entered, so Meta can match it to Meta accounts to measure and improve our ads. If your inquiry later becomes a scheduled call or a customer, our server tells Meta and Google Analytics that this step happened (and, for a customer, the value of the work), using the same scrambled details and the identifiers their cookies set during your visit, so we can see which ads bring customers and not just inquiries. We do not send Meta your name or your answers.
Meta processes this data under the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad settings, or block the Pixel with your browser's privacy settings.
We also use the Vibe pixel to measure how our ads on streaming TV perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. It sets its own cookie with a random ID and sends Vibe the page you view, the page that sent you there, your screen size, your IP address, and the ID Google Analytics gave your visit. When you send one of our forms, it tells Vibe only that a form was sent, never what you typed. Vibe processes this data under the Vibe Privacy Policy, and you can block it with your browser's privacy settings.
When you send a form on our website, your answers go to our customer management system (HighLevel), which notifies our team, and we may keep a copy in a secure database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, so no inquiry is lost. Along with your answers, we keep how you found us: the ad, link, or website that brought you (for example an ad's campaign name), the first page you saw, and when. Your browser remembers this for up to 90 days, so a form you send later is still credited to the ad or link that brought you. We keep form submissions for up to two years, then delete them. If our form system is unavailable, your answers are emailed to us through a backup email service instead.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that tells people apart from automated spam. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy applies to that check.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our messaging, email, and scheduling platforms) and only as needed to provide our services. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
